Booked a poolside room, was put farthest from the pool. One pool was dirty, filled with leaves and trash and had no lighting anywhere around it. Had to walk across the parking lot to the other pool. Room was disheveled, not ready for guests, and shows signs of recent flood damage, (no towels or amenities in the room, the furniture was all up off the floor, the carpet was damp, and the room had a pervasive mildew/mold smell.) There was extensive damage to the bathroom door, and several walls. Everything metal in the room has bad rust damage, including the shower rods and door hinges. And the hotel was practically empty, so it’s not like this was the only room available. Mostly upset about not getting pool side, and the over-all state of the room.

The Worst stay ever
First mixed information was given about what to expect upon arrival, what should have been a 42.00 added cost upon arrival turned out to be 150.00, the pillows were very small,the carpets were water stained, the electrical outlets were faulty for double occupancy of two rooms only one washcloth for each room was provided, a promise of someone coming to my room never happened, debris was all around the entrance of our rooms human hair was on the pillows ,toilet and bathtub. The overall experience was horrible and to be told that my refund of the deposit would take 3-7 business days, just made the stay unbearable, we left way before checkout time, total waste of money.

- Poor customer service... I had to wait almost 40 minutes to check in. - The carpet inside the room stunk like roaches, as if it was wet. - The WiFi did not work inside the room; the I reported the issue to the front desk, instead of fixing it, they provided an IT customer service number for me to call, as if spending time with tech support would be the last thing I would want to do. Any how, I called and the internet issue was not resolved. - I spent three days and two nights, my room was never cleaned. They never fixed the bed or change the towels.

This is a good place. Had to evacuate from hurricane Milton and stayed here. It was quiet, clean, comfortable beds, and the guy checking us in was nice and polite. Yes I would stay here again and recommend for staying here! 😁

Staff immediately gave us reimbursement when we walked into room and decided we couldn’t stay due to bugs. We stood in lobby line for over an hour just trying to check in. One worker said “We don’t even have enough room for the reservations in line.” It was odd but glad we got money back.

It's was sub par
Found this place to go to while evacuating for hurricane Milton. Picture definitely make it look way better than it is. The room was not very clean. Roof leak spots. Crumbs and dirty in corners of room. Walls dirty. Broken drywall. No coffee maker or microwave in room. Breakfast was probably the worse looking breakfast and they wanted $9.99. But the staff was amazing and my daughter and I did feel safe. Plus dog friendly.

The room looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the website. There was no towels or wash clothes. When I called I was told I'd have to come get them. The fridge was moldy and so was the cabinet it was on. There were water marks on the carpet from were water had been coming in the door. When I brought it to their attention the maintenance guy removed the damage door strip leaving an even bigger gap and brought back towels and said that was the best they could do. During the hurricane we also found out the window leaked. I called 4 times throughout day 2 trying to get toilet paper for our room, no one answered, so I went down to the lobby and stood there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. And then they charged us $25 a day for amenities when they have NONE. The pools were down, there was no vending machine, no restaurants or general store. Which is everything they advertised the charge was for. Turns out they haven't been open for years. Oh and a roach crawled out of the shower nozzle when my son turned the water on. The only positive things I have to say about this hotel is the guy who checked us in was nice, there was at least an ice machine, and our room didn't have bedbugs.
