Worst stay ever !!!

Room was nothing like the pictures showed neither was the property! Bed was very uncomfortable ! Room stunk very badly , carpet was extremely nasty ! Kept shoes on at all times ! No wash clothes towels were stained ! Bathroom was not cleaned I cleaned it myself ! Phone didn’t work and only got 5 stations on the tv and you were lucky to get those to come in ! No room service for all 3 days of stay ! Will never stay again

Staff were ok, resort fee! For what???! First room toilet wouldn't flush, staff changed the rooms well, floors were dirty and had chewing gum on the carpet. The bed was comfy and location quiet.

The property was fairly empty for my stay but they put me in a building a little further back from the front which was strange. The lobby smelled slightly of urine when checking in. Otherwise a decent place to sleep at night. Plenty of food and entertainment options around.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The place was noticeably dirty, with common areas and rooms in need of a deep cleaning. To make matters worse, several rooms and amenities were closed, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. It felt like the property hadn’t had proper maintenance in a long time. However, I will say the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate, but overall, the condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired.

Thank God I did not pay a lot for this hotel. It wasnt that big of a deal for only one night but when we come back for our vacation I will not be staying here the whole week. The hotel is in desperate need for a makeover as well as the furniture and beds. I dont know what the resort fee is for because there isnt anything more than what a regular hotel has really. I can say that the staff was very nice and helpful so that is not an issue.

We liked it, but we were just passing through. Therefore, we were not able to use the pool, for example, the space is huge and has excellent parking. Pharmacy on the corner and many souvenir shops nearby.

Worst “resort” I’ve ever stayed in. The door looked liked it had been kicked in multiple times. Door would barely shut. Felt very unsafe, we were at the back of the property very poorly lit “lake view” was actually a swap view. Grounds were unkept room was dirty with cockroach shower barely functioned the door was clearly broken.

The property needs more lights, It was very dark at night, couldn’t see the number of the building I was staying in once it was dark. All the staff I had interactions with were outstanding. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help me. I loved the pool behind building 8

I made a reservation for my aunt to stay there 7 days. The room she was given was dirty, stinky and smelled of mold. To make matters worse, the door would not close/lock. She asked for another room and the room she was shown was in worse condition. Being late Monday night and seeing only 2 cars in the parking lot, she asked the front desk clerk if they had any other rooms. She was told no. In order to feel somewhat safe in a room with a door that didn't close/lock, she barricaded the door with some of the furniture. It was her impression from talking to the front desk clerk the following morning that "cheap" rooms (in other words, those you get through Expedia) are assigned to the unimproved/unremodeled portion of the resort. The day after she told me about these events, I posted a similar review on another site. My aunt told me that a couple nights later sometime after midnight, the night manager went and knocked on her door. The manager told her that I needed to remove the review otherwise my aunt could be sued for slander. My aunt showed her a bunch of pictures she took of the room's condition and of the barricaded door. After that, the manager's attitude changed. She even offered to move her to a different room but since it was past midnight and she was exhausted from being at the parks all day, my aunt declined. My aunt wound up cutting her trip short by a couple of days and returned home. EXPEDIA BUYERS BEWARE: This could happen to you.
