When we checked in they gave us a room that smelled horribly of smoke. Went back to front desk and got a different room. The room smelled moldy. The beds were clean but they are not comfortable. By the next day they key cards were not working. Had to go back to front desk and have them reprogrammed. The tv did not work at all and when you call front desk no one answers. The property needs renovations for sure.

Probably a last resort, one night stay place.

The staff was amazing! Very nice, helpful and always had a smile. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable, but it is a very old run down property. For the price it was ok for a 2 night stay. I wouldnt want to have to stay longer and would not want my grandkids running around. The lights in the shower area are so dim you have to leave the door open to shower. There was no ice bucket, no tv remote, only 1 towel for 4 people. The faucet in the bathroom wiggled around. The front to the ac kept falling on the floor. They do have a $26 resort fee. I have absolutely NO idea how they can be allowed to charge that, or to call themselves a resort. Oh and the doors did not shut and lock unless you pulled really hard and shook it to hear the click.

we found a bug under the sheets when we pull back the covers. The light switch upon entering the room was missing, so the room was dark until you walked into the bathroom they turn on the light. The screws to the safety lock on the door were missing so you could not secure the door properly, so I had to put a chair against the door. Was not a pleasant stay.

The room was not ready for guests, no wash cloths, no coffee maker, cabinet for fridge one door totally missing, dresser drawer boloen, 1 lamp didnt work, the lamlthat did work had no shade! Piss poor place to stay

There is a serious pest issue in your property. There are cockroaches everywhere (inside the room!). There is a lot of water damage everywhere. The furniture is rotting, the carpets are filthy. I checked into what was supposed to be a clean room to find flying bugs, roaches, French fries on the carpet, juice spilled all over the table and bugs on the ceiling. Just a terrible experience. I was switched rooms and still had to kill bugs every time I opened anything or turned on the lights.

I thought I found a great deal, but even at the very low price I paid, it was not worth it. Our room was Bldg 3-Rm 120. The main door lock didn't work properly, so you had to close the door multiple times before it would latch. We killed at least a dozen baby roaches. The room smelled musty. The carpet was stained. The curtains were filthy. The bathroom door was rotten and did not close. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that was poorly patched. There was ketchup stains (or at least I hope it was ketchup) on the wall. The electrical outlet by the sink would work intermittently. Only the top portion of the outlet by the table worked. I could go on and on. I took pictures but there is no option to post them here. I'm not sure how they have an occupancy license. The place is not safe. It's in a great location and was very cheap, but like I said, not worth it. I can not recommend. The ladies who checked me in and out were very nice. I felt sorry for them. I know they must hear complaints from people all the time. They knew better than to ask "How was your stay?"
