They only replace towels daily. My floor got really dirty with kids & food. I had a language barrier when asking for washcloth. I kept receiving the bigger hand towels but I made it work. Good breakfast selection & pool/kids area .

We had 2 rooms both were great condition. Wonderful park for the kids and the staff was friendly. We accidentally forgot to check out and they worked with us with no problem to stay another night.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a wonderful experience, particularly as my daughter took full advantage of all the amenities offered. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. However, I did have a concern regarding the room, as I encountered roaches from the first day until my departure. Despite this issue, the hotel management assured me that they had sprayed the room and performed cleaning services. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide a room change due to being fully booked. Will I return? Yes, I certainly plan to come back, but I hope to avoid any issues with roaches in my room next time. Overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Go the breakfast EARLY or its a madhouse
Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean but the k-cups in the room were open, gross! The air filters in the AC were dusty and needed cleaning. I always check the air filters to make sure their clean, I have respiratory issues. These were gross! I cleaned them in the shower, too less than 5 minutes, dried with a towel and replaced them. Breakfast was a NIGHTMARE! 7 to 9:30 is breakfast. I went around 8am and OMG, it was a mess! Loud music, lines for food, messes on the counters, kids running into people causing them to spill coffee and juice, just not at all what i expexted. My partner and I sat outside because, A. We didn't want to hear the loud music, B. Didnt want to hear screaming kids, and C. We didnt want to be sitting on top of people because the place was PACKED! They ran out of a lot of food right before 9am and didnt restock. The amount of waste was INSANE! One guy had a mountain of mickey waffles on his plate, ate one, and threw the rest away. Another man had 8 slices of bread on his plate and the container with bread was empty. Some advise, if they have someone working the main food station, then premake the waffles and serve them as well. Thats would help cut down on food waste and lines. There were tables of people just sitting and talking while others were standing and eating because there was no seating inside or out! Limit how long people can be in there lingering. That will also cut down on the amount of messes the kids make.

The rooms were a little ran down the couch cushion was tore up the gap between the door and jam you could see day light you could also hear all the rooms around us and they were loud but I will say the staff was great so all in all I’d stay again for the kids
