I stayed for 3 nights and the 2nd night was a nightmare. I had 0 sleep because there was a car alarm soaring the whole night from 1AM - 8Am I left the hotel. I called front desk 3 times and he said he could locate the car but he had no access to the surveillance so he would not know which room this car belongs to. I had to call 911 at 5AM, the deputy came and run the plate number then found that it is a rental car she can’t locate the owner. So she had to left the car beeping all night and I could not sleep at all because I could hear it clearly in my room and I recorded everything. After the incident I tried to reach out to the Manager next day. First he told me he is sorry but he will not do anything to make up the situation causing my vocation was ruined then put me on hold for more than 30 mins, second time I call the front desk said will call me back; 3rd time they just directly ask me to Email manager even thou at the time of checking out I left message to front desk stating I would like a manager follow up. This is terrible experience despite the new clean facility and kids friendly environment. No parent want to struggling taking kids to theme park two days in a row. Disappointing customer service.

Old stucture, remodeled, well mantained, at a convenient location. No luxuries, but it served it purpose to sleep. Room super clean, good condition, easy parking. Satisfied with the service at the restaurant for breakfast, elegant, variety in the food, very clean and presentable.

My husband and I stayed at this resort and we were more than pleased. Our stay was wonderful. My husband had stayed here a few times before and enjoyed his stay. We have great grand kids and will be bringing them to this awesome resort. Great place and wonderful amenities.

Perfect spot to stay with toddlers!

Amazing first stay at Magic Moment Resort! They have so many special touches throughout the resort and especially during the breakfast buffet to ensure a great stay. They’ve have done a great job catering to family with young children. My 3 yr old had a blast! We would definitely return.

Assez-bon rapport qualité prix. Beaucoup de marketing autour, cependant, ca reste un motel, chambres petites, personnel peu sourillant. Si vous avez prevus de relaxer a lhotel, cest un bon choix pour les enfants qui disposent d'une aire de jeux. Bon petit dejeuner. Cest un ok, pas plus.
