Gorgeous lake-front 10BR home in the gated luxury Storey Lake resort with private pool/jacuzzi and grill in a covered/lighted patio area. This vacation destination is only 5 miles to Disney World, Universal Studios, and close by to many major attractions Orlando has to offer! 10 BR and 19 beds accommodates up to 24 people. The Bronson clubhouse with lazy river, pool, and gym is just around the corner with walking distance. Super Target, Walmart, Publix, Sam's Club, Marshall, and many restaurants are minutes away right outside of the resort.

Every room has been thoughtfully crafted to cater to your dream vacation in Orlando! The themed rooms range from exotic jungle, Disney Princesses, Star Wars, to action-packed Marvel heroes. Shared spaces include a family room with an 85'' TV (11 other 70'' and 55'' TVs throughout the home); a billiard lounge with pool table, and dart board game for adults to enjoy while watching the sports games; a Sea World themed recreation room with bunk beds, table set, gym bicycle, air hockey table, foosball table, board games and children's books for kids to have fun; infants and toddlers can play on the foam floor mats and soft blocks.

All your needs will be met by this home with in-home access to a washing machine and a dryer, an ironing board, a dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen filled with high-end double oven range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils for both adults and young kids.

* Early check-in or late check-out is possible based on availability. The charge is $50 for each hour requested.

* Optional heated pool/spa is provided for the whole stay with a charge of $50 each day.

* There is a grill with two propane tanks. The guests would need to refill or exchange the tanks at gas stations, local stores (Home Depot or Costco) if the tanks are empty. The cost of buying a new full tank is $65 without an empty tank, $10-$30 with an empty tank. Please clean the grill after use. There will be a $60 charge if the grill is not cleaned before checking out.

* Trash is collected daily anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. All trash must be bagged and placed outside next to the property's front door. Trash that is not bagged will not be collected or be collected with a charge at the guest's cost.

* There is no mailbox for this property thus USPS mails or packages will not be delivered. However, Amazon orders or shipments via UPS/Fedex can be delivered.

* Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors or in the pool area. ($800 surcharge for odor removal)

* For the health of all current and future guests, no pet is allowed in this house. ($800 fine if breaking the no-pet rule)

* Parting is absolutely prohibited at this property.

* No running or diving in the pool area. The pool screen fence must be on all the time. Younger children must be under adult supervision in the pool area.

* Quiet Time in the Storey Lake Community begins at 10 pm and ends at 6 am. This is regulated by the Osceola County Sherriff Office.

* Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property that occurs during your stay. Any missing or damaged items of the property will be charged toward your deposit.

The resort is a 24/7 guard-gated community. Guests have complimentary access to the amenities in both resort clubhouses, the Storey Lake Clubhouse and the Bronson Clubhouse. The Luxury services provided include a water park with pool, water slides, water splash, and lazy river; beach volleyball; gym, and sports courts; Please bring the towels back if you take them to the pool at the clubhouse. Services like kayak rentals, mini golf, restaurant/bar, spa/massage, and concierge are provided at the clubhouse as well with charges.

This place had everything we needed!
This house was just what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, functional and private bathrooms, plush towels, proper pots and utensils for our large group, lots of seating, fun things to entertain us, close to everything we needed. We loved our stay! We had a lot to think about for our team competing so having all our needs met in the house was a great relief. Jason was great to deal with. Getting in the gate was a bit of a pain as the scanner isn't the quickest but I am sure the complex will fix that in the near future to avoid the congestion. Highly recommend!

Orlando family vacation
First things first! Our host Jason was top notch. My wife and myself with our adult children and grandchildren, along with brother and sister in law and their children and grandchildren totaling 26 enjoyed this fabulous home just five days after hurricane Milton blew through Florida. Jason was Quick to relay information about damage to the area and relieved all anxiety about taking our trip.This house is spacious with enough beds to comfortably accommodate everyone in our group. Pack and plays for babies, high chairs, and children’s toys were available for the younger kids, while a pool and fuse ball table entertained the teens and adults. This place was everything as advertised with more than enough cookware and dishes to cook for a large group which we did every evening to ease the cost of eating out. The house is just minutes away from all the theme parks that Orlando has to offer and a 1hour drive to cape Canaveral for any beach activities or fishing trips like we did. In conclusion the house and the host Jason were more than we expected and we look forward to another visit in the future.

Some pros and cons
We stayed here for a week, a family reunion with 25 people. There were a few minor maintenance issues which I brought to the attention of the owner/manager. He was quick to respond when we needed something. This is a gated community, which is good except the line/wait to get into the community was sometimes so backed up that it took up to 20-30 minutes to get into the property. Don't know what their problem is, but it happened day after day. They definitely need a better system for admitting guests at the end of the day.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It was clean, beautiful, and spacious, making it perfect for our family. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids—they spent hours outside having a blast! Wonderful spot for a family reunion
My family all met up for our annual family reunion. The house was clean and well laid out. My boys loved staying in the Marvel room. I liked the kids rec room - gave all the cousins a place to play and spread out. We used the pool everyday and liked the water park option. Jason communicated very well with us throughout the trip.

We absolutely loved the house
First of all, Jason was always a text away. He was very responsive and helpful. The house was amazing. My family that included my mom, two sisters and their spouses and kids, including my husband and kids loved the house. The kids and husbands loved playing pool and darts and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. I loved how spacious and clean the house was, even with 14 people. The location was perfect for going to Disney World and Seaworkd. We also felt safe with the gated entrance. There was also the convenience of being near Target, Walmart, Walgreens and lots of places to eat. We will definitely try to return to the house when we visit Florida again. Thank you Jason!

Family reunion
My husband and I rented Lakeview Storylake for our adult kids and their families. We had 10 adults and 10 kids and this house was perfect for us. There were enough comfortable king beds for couples and the kids themed rooms were a huge hit. There was a great play room for the kids and the open space plan on first floor was key for us as we all wanted to be together. The house was also, well equipped with nice appliances and pans etc. we love to cook so, that was a bonus. We would totally stay here again. Jason, our host, was amazing and responded promptly with any questions we had. Thanks Jason for making our vacation seamless!

Thanksgiving family reunion!
This property was amazing and met all of my families needs! We are a big family of almost 30 people and this house had enough room for all of us! It was clean and organized and plenty of entertainment for all ages. The whole community is nice and the clubhouse was amazing! All the amenities needed were at the house from dish-ware to towels to child play pens and high chairs! The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and we loved being able to grill while we had our pool party! I think our family make come here every year we have 0 complaints! Jason was also a gracious host and heated the pool for us on a last minute request with no hesitation! Thank you Jason! Your home was perfect and made our Thanksgiving extra special. :-)

First full family vacation
The house was beautiful and clean. There had apparently been an issue with the sliding glass door leading to the patio/pool area before we arrived, but our host Jason was amazing about having it resolved before any of us checked in. The pool was fantastic and there were even kids pool toys and floats provided. There was an internet outage in the area the first night, but again our host Jason stayed in constant communication with me, keeping me updated on the progress of the outage repair, which was resolved the very next morning. Everything we could need for a comfortable stay was provided by our gracious host and it was only a 2 to 5 minute drive to Target, Wal-Mart and Puplix for our grocery needs. 100% recommend this property and its fantastic host Jason. We will be staying again.

Great House Excellent Host
My wife, 4 adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren stayed for 5 nights. The house was in excellent condition and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen and appliances were all new, and there was a bonus fridge in the playroom that came in handy. The second day we were there the pool pump stopped working. I contacted Jason and within 30 minutes the pool guy showed up and fixed it. You can't ask for better customer service than that. My entire family was thrilled, not one negative comment was made about the property during our stay. I highly recommend this house and host.

The property was super clean, the rooms exceeded my expectations as well as the shared spaces, and the check in process was simple and allowed for other family members to check in before I arrived. The only challenges we faced were returning to the property throughout our stay when around the daily check in time. The line would be backed up where we would enter the gate and we would have to wait for long periods of time to get through to our rental. Other than this challenge we had an awesome time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My entie family loved this house and I was the hero for finding it. Jason was very uick to answer all questions and we had no issues so I never had to contact him personally. The house was cleana nd had plenty and I mean plenty of towels for a large group. The pool area has a view of the lake and there were penty of pool floats for the children. Most places don't havea lot of pots and pans but this place has plenty. If you have infants, they even have pack & plays. There are lights at the pool so the children got to swin at night and they have a ax throwing game that the men loved(plastic). We will return foranother vist.

We were very impressed! The housecwas very thing that is listed and more. Very comfortable and the manager Jason very professional and very prompt Wyeth responses. I would definitely be using this company and house again!!! The space is great for family gathering or vacation stays.
