This unit has been completely renovated as of November 2017 with brand new furniture, TVs and linens. Nicest unit at Fantasy World at the most affordable prices. This stunning Kissimmee Townhouse is located in a lovely gated resort. You'll get to enjoy the resort's Swimming pool, Golfing, tennis, Ping-Pong, batting Cage etc! Never a slow day here!

At the house: Dining area with table for 6 people. Private screened patio with seating and space for an outdoor dinner, lunch or breakfast just perfect for a get together with friends or family. Living room with 50 inch,32inch,32 inch,LED HDTV, HD cable TV Also a full size pulls out couch for your convenience. 2 comfortable bedrooms. All Bedrooms with LED HDTV, HD cable One bedroom with Brand New king size bed and the second bedroom with full-size beds (sleep 4). A "Pack N Play" is also available. 2 bathrooms. First-floor bathroom with shower and on the second-floor bathroom with bathtub. Laundry with washer and dryer. Free Parking included with your stay! The pool area is open from 9am to 11pm daily.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

Great location
The ability to walk to the pool, restaurants, and the location to pick up necessities was perfect. The listing is as described and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The pool kept our kids busy all day- nice to have the lazy River and water slides. Very quiet location we were able to sleep in without being woken up by outside noice.

A Home with a Water park
This is the perfect place to stay while in Orlando. A nice 2 -story condo with screen-in patio and a water park! The water park and pools are open until 11:00 pm which is very nice! There are also 3 Jacuzzis/Hot Tubs, giant outdoor fireplace, mini golf, nice size lazy river, tennis and a batting cage! Had a great time ! Thanks!!

Great Location
We were in Orlando for Disney World and this was a good place to stay for that. The pool, on days we didn’t go to the parks, was a huge hit with the kids. We loved the lazy river and the water slides. The property itself, could use some updates which we already communicated with the property owner about. Overall it worked for our vacation and we had a wonderful time in Orlando.

The location was great, just walk a few steps and have a cicis pizza and an olive garden, ride 4 minutes in car and have a Walmart and a publix, inside the house have everything that you need to make your own food and the pools are so fun, the neighbourhood is so nice, the decorations at the house is new and very modern

The property was fantastic! I’d highly recommend this place. It was only a 20 min with traffic to Universal Studios. Tons of restaurant and shopping options around. The amenities at the resort are great. Huge bonus that the pool stays open until 11pm. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great host, great property, great resort! Host communicated with us the entire stay and the property had everything we needed. Both the property and resort were very clean. Clean and Convenient Stay!
I have never had such attentive hosts with any property I have stayed at. Prior to arrival, during my stay and upon check out, all needs were attended to. This property is an exceptional value with a great location, amenities and price. The property was very clean and well kept. The basics needed for your stay were provided. Some reviews criticized the beds as being uncomfortable. Nothing could be further from the truth. The bedding was clean and high quality. The beds are soft, which some may not prefer, but are definitely not old or broken down. The resort was very nice with a great pool area, bar and arcade for the kids. The entire resort property was well kept and secured with on site security. This is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the Orlando area. We will definitely return in the future!

Cute Place & Cool Waterpark
We were adults in town for a funeral, but we found some fun things to do in the mix of a sad, short weekend. This place is really cute! It wasn’t difficult to find or access. We liked the modern retro decor, specifically the giant clock and mirrored tables in the living room. Also, we appreciated that this was a very clean property, and we helped to keep it that way by leaving everything as close to the way it was when we arrived. The owners were helpful and kind. They answered our questions quickly. In fact, they actually helped us book the property en route to Orlando. We waited to see how everything panned out with the funeral services and all due to a hurricane. We weren’t sure if this trip would happen due to the storm. However, lucky for us, the resort where this place is located was totally fine, untouched! The property was available, and we were happy to book this gem! This is a conveniently located place to stay - near a lot of things to do and places to eat in and around Orlando. We enjoyed the lazy river, pool, and even went down the water slides a few times. You can easily walk to them from the property. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. Thank you!

Right from the start Mark was very responsive and checked in on us regularly to see if there was anything we needed or had any concerns. The location was great! Just had to cross the street and you were at the pool! Plenty of activities for the kids scheduled throughout the day. And of course the highlight was the many pools, hot tubs and waterslides/lazy river!

Basically the place is in a great location but the unit need some work!! The bathroom upstairs was a dissaster, the tvs offdated the wifi not so on and off!! The pool is excelent but had a vad experience because tgey closed tge slides before 6 just because did not want to work!! If location is key is a decent place to stay!! But thats it!!

Super easy check in! Once our payment was recieved we got access code and a break down of instructions to pool area and everything we needed to know about property. The property was very clean and close to shopping stores. Pool áreas was great! My kids went inside to arcade games for a while and I could see them while being in the pool with the little ones. We will definitely book again.

Clean and convenient
Home was very clean and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Disney is about a 10 minute drive while Universal was 30 or more minutes depending on traffic. The amenities were great, kids loved the pools.
