We are happy to welcome you to our home and to share that we are not only following the recommended guidelines but we hired the services of the Healthy Building Certificate (HBC) to train our cleaning staff, implement all recommended safety procedures and certify that all sanitation requirements are correctly executed. Beautiful place but is not well kept over 33 issues with this house

A beautiful home but had over 33 issues with his house took the property manager three days to come out for a bed that was broken for elderly guest. There was a lot of things broken it was too much for the property manager to do during our stay stated it will need a home inspection never came out for a home inspection. It should’ve been done before our guest arrived. Reached out several times no response back from the owner. The property wasn’t manicured grass not cut garbage overflowing in the neighborhood sheets was not cleaned. Thank God I bought my own sheets.. each room only gets one toilet paper and two towels low budget. Game room games were broken. broken what a disappointment. Remotes missing for the televisions. Garbage doesn’t come every day to be picked up just overload.Definitely not a five star villa.. they need to do a home inspection before arrival and guests departure the house was not cleaned before hand spend a lot of money for this property rental. It appears that the owner only cares about making money, but doesn’t care about the upkeep of this beautiful home. as of to date, I still haven’t heard back from the property owner on issuing some kind of reimbursement for our inconvenience. It appears they got their money and they don’t care.
