Inside you will find a living/dining room combo and a kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, so be sure to bring along your favorite recipes. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom located on the first floor. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms including the main bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom with a shower and garden tub for relaxing after a day at the parks. Outside there is a screened patio that features a private jacuzzi to soak in and enjoy the Florida weather. If you want to indulge in even more fun, you’ll have access to a state-of-the-art clubhouse and a tropical lagoon, movie theater, fitness center, playgrounds, game room, volleyball court, basketball court, and tennis courts. Nice place. Close to local attractions. Hot tub not working. Hot tub has been an ongoing problem.

Please see the Vacasa review for details. We did enjoy our stay but the advertised private hot tub did not work and has not worked for a long time according to other review. The hot tub electrical breaker kept blowing and caused other breakers to blow. They said they had to order parts and gave us a small credit. They should not be advertising private hot tub.

"..older unit so it's not very efficient.."

Unfortunately I'm having to leave a review that I wish I didn't have to leave. We recently stayed in this condo for one week. I notified Vacasa that we had a/c issues downstairs the first night. Vacasa apologized and said they were concerned about their guests satisfaction. They promised to reach out to their local staff and update me afterwards, which they never did. I texted them every day and let them know the condo was not cooling downstairs. Vacasa replied that there were "no issues there, the house is to temperature and the home is cooling." To my knowledge, Vacasa never came inside the condo to check. On another day, I reached out again and asked for help. Vacasa responded with, "the house is to temperature and the AC is cooling. It is an older unit so it's not very efficient but it's working as best as it could." Clearly, the a/c unit cannot keep up cooling this condo. I texted Vacasa and volunteered to miss part of our family vacation to meet their local staff so they could feel inside the condo but they never acknowledged my offer. I finally purchased a fan to keep it bearable sleeping through the night. I never asked Vacasa for a refund, credit, etc. I only wanted to receive what I paid for. The online listing should correctly quote Vacasa's text to me that the a/c unit is old and is not very efficient. That is very accurate. This was our second stay at Regal Oaks but I can't recommend it now if Vacasa is managing their condos.

Central location

PROS: This condo is in a nice little gated community with a great pool. It's very close to all the popular Orlando attractions (Disney, Sea World), shopping, and restaurants. There's even a small amusement park within walking distance. CONS: poor service at pool-side restaurant, pool closed at 9 and waterslide has limited hours (we didn't even get a chance to try it), condo was mostly clean but def needs more detailed cleaning, only 1 extra trash bag provided and there are strict trash bagging rules. Bring a few extra 13 gal bags from home so you don't have to go buy a whole box while you're there. Vacasa sent us the wrong door code, so we couldn't get in, but my husband was able to call them and get the right number.

Very nice environment.

Very clean area. The house was nice, however the hot tub, that I paid extra for, did not work. I reported it to management. A detailed list of how I could fix the hot tub was given. I requested a repair person to come look at the hot tub because I did not feel that was my place to fix a hot tub. No one showed up, called, or notified me at any time.

Kissimmee Trip

Everything was great except we expected a hot tub to relax after walking about. Hot tub did not work. Also master bedroom did not have blankets/comforter and mgmt did not deliver until last night if stay. Other than this the condo was in a great location and was very clean. Next to Old Town and Disney so travel to parks were quick. Would recommend in future but just can’t give 5 stars due to hot tub issue. 4 stars easily.
