This townhome style property is set in the well-known Compass Bay resort, a gated community that gives a quick access to the major highways such as Osceola Parkway, US 192, 417, SR 535, I-4, and International Drive... its location is ideal to reach all of Orlando's theme parks, bar & restaurants, golf courses, convention centers, natural trails, and shopping malls within minutes from the residence.
The community amenities consist of: two gazebos with picnic areas and BBQ's, two kids' playgrounds, and a swimming pool.

Clean lines and a mix of natural colors and wood combine to create an intimate contemporary living-dining space complete with gourmet kitchen.
The upper floor features four elegantly appointed bedrooms. These rooms are furnished with a KingSize bed for the main suite, a QueenSize bed for the second suite and the fourth Full Size bed, while two TwinSize beds make up the third bedroom.
On the hallway of this second floor there is an additional bathroom and the washer/dryer area.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays.
