We had a great stay, my only concerns were that my room had a musty smell. I believe it was from the AC leaking water in the carpet. Also there were a lot of ants in the room. Great facilities otherwise, loved the hot tub and pool. Wished that the pizza place and drinks were open for lunch. Delicious breakfast, my son loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. Need to offer water as a drink option with breakfast. I loved that we could walk to many nearby attractions and places to eat. I would stay again as long as the AC doesn’t leak and the ants were under control.

The air conditioning in our room barely worked, it was so humid, and smelled strongly of mildew. The shower floor also didn’t look very well scrubbed, but it could’ve been paint, I didn’t want to look closely enough to tell. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I couldn’t recommend this hotel. The check in staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent, but not worth the condition of the room.

I'd stay here again

Ok, so the place is starting to show it's wear, and the bed definitely wasn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but I was so exhausted from the parks that I didn't care! Breakfast was good (especially the waffles, which they offered sugar free syrup for us diabetics which was very appreciated). Our ceiling fan didn't work and they can and replaced it within the next day which was amazing. Staff were ALL so kind and helpful! The price point for the size of the room and having the extra bed was wonderful. I would recommend it for any larger family needing the space and an economical place to stay!

After the lobor weekend the breakfast materials were terrible. No butter, joghurt, the juice machine was only part working, toaster was half broken. Management obviously lacking.

Front desk was nice as always, only issue we had this time was both mornings we were there we went downstairs for the continental breakfast between 8:30/9 am for there to be absolutely no food at all, or anything to drink but coffee. I’d understand if they were about to shut it down it’s open until 10am. Won’t stop me from staying here again because this is my go to hotel when I’m up that way, was just a little disappointing Everything else was great as always

Property is in a dire need of a deep clean. Hallway carpet was filthy, elevators needed power washed. The room was more than we thought we booked. Seperate living and bedroom.

Horrible stay

Room was dated smelt like cigarettes when called to ask for assistance w the smell maintenance staff ignored us, we called front desk they said “what do you want us to do about it” . The pool was great besides the raccoons running around. Breakfast was great
