Have been at this property several times, it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of all the other tourists busy ness but close enough to shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I would say is their housekeeping and maintenance needs to pay more attention to cleaning the room and not forget things like pliers on the floor, refrigerator dirty etc. other than that loved their breakfast and overall aesthetics.

I booked this specific property because it had a hot tub. When we checked in there was no mention that the hot tub did not work. After walking Disney all day I was eager to go soak in the hot tub only to find out it was not working. I would have booked somewhere else had I have known.

The first by room had a dead roach the second room the ac stopped working and I was willing to stay in the room even though they were offering me a new room because I only had one more night left but then as I’m starting to pack my suitcase I found roaches on the floor crawling around. I did get a new room again but when checking out I asked to speak to a manger and no manger was in told to call I did and the manager was to busy for my call and was told she might or might not call me back. I will get trying because this is disgusting and I should get a particular refund for this. If there is someway to post pictures I would to show the roaches that were in the room.

The hotel itself is mediocre but Veronica made our stay soo much better she constantly made sure we had what we needed. They didn’t have a Tesla charger so keep that in mind but they’re super close to ALOT of food and shopping, the location is actually great and convenient. I would stay here again for the price point definitely worth it

Staff was nice but when I asked for someone to come to my room to clean the floor because it was a little dirty and to bring me towels they said they didn't have any housekeeper? I had to get the towels myself from the front desk because the poor guy was all by himself, it's not his fault he did his best but wow how do you not have a house keeper on Saturday at 6pm? Very weird. Hotel is old looking and so is the room. The best thing was the best that we slept wonderfully but other than that everything else was average except that housekeeping issue.

We went in our room, it smelled so bad that we were gagging, we went back down to the desk, they moved us down the hall and had sprayed air freshener in the room but the smell of mold & must were so strong we had a hard time breathing, then again we were moved 2 rooms down same thing I was pretty sure, it was out of air conditioner I had a bath and body air freshener I kept spraying in the air conditioner which did help, but the man at the front desk was very rude and we had charges on our bill at the end of our stay that we were not told about and once again very rude. Will never stay there again.

Dissapointed hotel conditions
The hotel has this smell as an old building since you get into the lobby. Probably because they donr keep it cool enough and it smell to mildow. I went the day before Milton storm, and did not have time or chance to find empty hotel rooms otherwise I should have left the hotel. I was with allergic reactions for 2 nights due to the terrible maintenance of the hotel air and smell inside. Also, the bathroom sink was cloged since we get jn there, the toilett waz flushjng whenever it wanted and we had to play with the toilett most of the time to make it work. The design of the room was no funcional and awful. Botton line they told me the hotel was sold out because of the storm and I did not have other hotel to go either to evacuate since the storm was getting closer. Anyway the guy from the front desk was very helpful when the AC from the room started leaking water in the middle of tge storm. The following day after the storm they sent a plummer to fix the sink. I will not recommend this hotel, they need to do a better job trying to keep it clean from mold and allergens in the air.

Walls are very thin. You can hear people talking and walking in and out of rooms. Air conditioning in our room was not great. The room was bearable but not preferred. We set the temp at the lowest setting and it did not feel cool enough. Staffing was a little questionable. The front desk staff 24/7 and when we tried to check out, there was no one present. Free parking and breakfast. The place was clean. Overall, it was average for the price that you're paying.

This property wasnt great. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The staff wasnt helpful. The only reason we chose it was for use of the hot tub but the hot tub was drained and broke. The pool area was full of drunk traveling workers who made it uncomfortable and they were being inappropriate towards my woman. The staff didnt care and werent present at the counter when needed
