HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
Compass Bay is located in one of the best areas of Orlando (Kissimmee), a gated community that offers a perfect location for anyone looking to be close to Orlando's famous shopping centers. In addition, Compass Bay is close to the two most visited spots in the city: Walt Disney World and Premium Outlet.
Included in your stay, you will have access to:

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
PARKING
• Parking spots are free.
• No vehicles may be parked on any street within the Property.
• No vehicle shall ever be parked on any lawn, landscaped portion of any Lot, landscaped portion of the Common Area and/or any other portion of the property which is not specifically designed and intended for the parking of vehicles.
CLUBHOUSE
• All amenities are open to the guests.
• Outdoor heated pool, cabana, gazebo, children's playground, walking trails and picnic areas.
TRASH
• Waste Management provides 6 days a week dumpster service.
• Please take ALL household trash to the dumpster and make sure to put it INSIDE the dumpster.
DELIVERIES
• The community does not accept deliveries or packages for any of the units.
• Mail Deliveries: Mail deliveries must be made directly to the unit and during your stay.
• Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay.
• We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
