Second Floor: Suite (2) KingSize Bed, FullSize Sofa bed, desk, and en-suite full-bathroom,. Suite (3) (4) w/ Two TwinSize beds and en-suite full-bathroom.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan which consists of a flawless gourmet style kitchen with isle, full-equipped and state-of-the-art appliances, and, facing the front street, the cozy and sunny dining space. The sitting area leads to the private lanai which overlooks an open private courtyard w modern outdoor furniture.
A half-bath and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located in the hallway next to the main entrance door.
Throughout the property the simple, elegant, and minimalistic décor maximizes all the ambience.
The Skyline Suite is accessed from the living room and has a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box.
Upstairs there are three other suites.
The Suite Dreams Master bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box and a walk-in closet.
The Time to Unwind Suite consist of two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
