HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

PARKING
• Parking is first come first service in the Townhomes and in the driveway for the Single Family homes.
• No grass parking is allowed. Street parking is strictly prohibited
• Any vehicles parked on the street will be towed by the Association at the owner's expense.

CLUBHOUSE
• The Hideaway Club amenities included: fitness center, heated resort pool, water slides, splashpad, heated lazy river, restaurant, tiki bar, lake, beach volleyball court, basketball court, kayak rentals, mini golf (extra cost).
• Clubhouse and pool hours: from 9 am to 9 pm. Fitness center from 5 am to 12 am. Please note that hours may change without prior notice from the resort.

TRASH
• Trash is picked up daily.
• All trash must be bagged and placed inside the bench/bin in front of the house.
• Lift the seat of the bench to put your garbage bags inside. Loose trash will not be picked up.
• No recycling.

This apartment offers its guests a water park and a hot tub.

This Kissimmee apartment is smoke free.
