Good location, walkable to Winter Wonderland and other central attractions. Secure underground car parking. Super easy and convenient to check in online prior to arrival and getting a digital room key so you can go straight to your room. I stayed in a junior suite and was pleased with the spaciousness and having a sitting room separate from the main bedroom area with plenty of storage space, convenient amenities and comfortable bed. This was on the 10th floor and I could still hear the noise of trams and traffic throughout the night despite having the main window and the glass shutters closed. Bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance to modernise it (shiny metal sink, outdated taps in the shower over a bath) but nevertheless still a big bathroom. Breakfast was my favourite part - a warm greeting each morning and plenty of fresh hot and cold choices for starting your day right. Friendly reception staff. My only minor criticism was the options for opting out of daily room cleaning; a bottle of wine was on offer which I opted for, and when I went to claim it at reception they said the app was out of date and they no longer offer bottles of wine; this was replaced with a drinks voucher in the bar.
