Great service, not such a great room

Always great service from the hotel staff and located in a great city centre location. The breakfast is lovely, but on the pricey side. My room was very cramped and the bathroom in poor condition. It’s impossible to shower with the water pressure and very small shower head coming out of the wall. There needs to be some investment in the bathrooms!

We had the junior suite. Shower doors did not close well, so lots of water on the floor. It was above the bar so could hear some noise as well creaking from the room above. A bit cramped as far as floor space, toilet was on the second floor which was a surprise. Breakfast was great however, and location is central which is also good. If we came back to Newcastle again we would try a different hotel. Other rooms may be different, so only commenting on the junior suite.

Location is great! Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Undortunately it has very thin windows onto a busy road so it was VERY noisy - ALL night!

Why would you choose anywhere else to stay in Newcastle? Walking distance from central station and good for all central attractions. Beds and linen are unbelievably good

This hotel was so cute and we couldn’t beat the location! Parking not too far from the hotel, walk is a tad steep but very doable!

Good hotel

Good hotel, fairly central and great if going to The Glasshouse. Breakfast very good and staff were extremely friendly. Really enjoyed returning to this hotel and will do so again. The only downside to our room (26) was it has a very small shower cubicle and the windows were quite dirty though understand that there are works going on in the area and this could account for it.
