Extremely nice staff

Firstly the staff are extremely nice, friendly and helpful who go that extra mile to help you out.. the hotel room was stunning, bargain for the price,, the location is ideal ... will definitely return to this hotel

Great location and stylishly redesigned

Friendly welcome; beautiful refurbishment; top central location in Grey St moments from the shops and restaurants/bars. Nicely and stylishly appointed rooms with very comfy beds. Great value

Nice hotel great location

Have stayed in Newcastle before but this hotel is in a great location it's been renovated at the moment but it's not a problem close to everything but still nice and quiet to stay in

Great hotel in a perfect location.

Pros: Friendly staff.
Location: Centrally located with great shopping nearby. River Tyne on your doorstep. Superb variety of restaurants on your doorstep.
Being centrally located we made the most of the amazing shopping, restaurants and superb architecture. Beautiful city loaded with facilities for everyone to enjoy.
