Lovely hotel, our room was very small but we only stayed one night so was adequate, nice selection in mini bar but a bit expensive so we didn’t use, the room we had could do with upgrading, a bit grubby round the edges, paint flaking from skirting boards and some nasty stains on the carpet, our window looked out onto a car park to the back of the hotel so little street noise, the room was also very warm but there was a fan provided

I stayed for one night with my daughter in a city twin room. This hotel is very well positioned across from the train station and a stones throw from all the shops. Lovely room, very clean, comfortable beds, lovely shower. We had breakfast the next morning and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d fully recommend staying here.

From the very start we had an excellent experience. The front of house guy was great, gave us lots of info and really friendly and helpful re where to go etc in the city. The hotel is right opposite the train station, which was wonderful as we had quite a lot of luggage. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.

Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Had everything we could wish for, at a very reasonable rate. Slightly noisy, possibly from air conditioning unit, outside? £50 per night deposit, hopefully returned within ten working days. Overall, very pleased and would happily return.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice rooms with complementary tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries. Rooms serviced and towels changed daily. Breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of options. The only negative was the outside noise at night which went on well into the early hours.
