Service at this hotel was as amazing as our room P11. Ocean front suite had incredible views. Melvin, Sheilly and Melody are hands down the best with customer service. We will stay here every time we come back to South Beach!

What a pleasant surprise staying here. Love the art and ambiance. It’s old Miami Beach with an artistic facelift. Service pleasant and competent. Loved the wine bar up front. The breakfast and coffee bar excellent as well. We stayed in the 2 story townhouse and it was great. Very nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We liked it so much we already booked again for our next trip in February.

This hotel is wonderful, the staff is the reason I continue to return and tell everyone i know to visit this hotel - The front desk Melody and Shelly are the best - Big Bruce out front with a smile at all times - Enrique by the coffee bar I can’t wait to awake every morning for our talks and great coffee mr I thank u - Delroy , Carlos and new guy on 3-11 shift lol wonderful - Thank you to all the staff and can’t wait to return- I almost forgot the incredible Geo in management - great great great

This place charged my card 4x making it overdraft AFTER i checked out AND got my deposit back. Claimed I never paid Valet when 3 people told me 3 different things & 2 diff people were paid. They don't have ice bins except at the bars but they close. Room service was amazing and always had my room looking beautiful, beach access ofc is great & pool is pretty.

The staff were amazing. They are very focused on making sure your stay is comfortable. They are the definition of perfect customer service. The bar was always clean the staff was always around when needed. House keeping was quick and efficient. The manager who sits by the bar and pool area is very nice. He doesn’t just manage he helps his staff out which is always great to see. He wears a button down and sun glasses. He was very focused on make sure his staff made us and everyone else enjoy the sagamore. I would definitely come back!

All I can say is that The Sagamore Exceeded our Expectations. I knew I was gonna love it there when I stepped inside “the smell” was everything I already ordered the diffuser that they use..lol. But besides that our accommodations were 10/10. From the service to the cleanliness and everything in between. Louis at the front desk was Amazing as well. Looking forward to our stay next May!!!

I was in town for a 3 day convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Sagamore is within a 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute drive to the convention center. I had a great experience there. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive to all my needs. This is known as the "art" hotel because many gallery owners display artwork throughout the hotel, mainly on the first floor. The hotel itself is in a prime location on Collins Ave within walking distance to many trendy restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Miami.
