Good experience
Had a good stay at this hotel. Neat and comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. Thermostat wasn't working but the maintenance guy showed up in 5 min and fixed it. No other issues faced.

Room was large and clean. The only real complaint was breakfast. I wouldn’t count on it to feed you or your family, they were always out of everything. Even if you were down in the middle of it there was never sandwiches or yogurts left.

The stay was awful. 1.The staff didn't came for room cleaning and services for the 4 days. 2.The walls were so thin, we can hear the conversation from next room. 3. Breakfast was miserable . No good options were there. 4. Bathroom was not clean and the room had a stinky smell. Will not recommend this stay for anyone. 4.

Everything was good except that I had to kill a cockroach that was walking on the bedroom wall. The hotel needs to fumigate to eliminate pests.

Before my stay @ Home2 Suites, Orbitz had provided me with an email that stated “we have contacted Home2 Suites and they have approved the change BOTH rooms from your arrival date of Nov 26 to one day later, arrival of Nov 27. When we arrived on 11/27 we were told that only 1 room was moved. The front desk person also told me that they never spoke with Orbitz. If they never spoke with Orbitz how would they know to change the date of one of the rooms?? I had to pay for one room @ $140. NOT FAIR, especially since I provided the front desk person with the email from Orbitz stating that my rooms were successfully changed. -Dave Dorfman
