Very clean, staff was nice, had breakfast there and it tasted way better than it looked.Hallways were clean the rooms are clean with lots of hookups for technology. I had a good two day stay that was enjoyable.

Breakfast was always lacking in food options and they never had the cinnamon rolls both mornings I was there. The guide on the tv also did not work. Overall was a decent stay but not my favorite Holiday Inn Express experience.

The manager of this property needs a class in guest service. They advertised an hourly shuttle service that is not accurate. They do NOT have shuttle service every hour and when questioned about it, the manager was highly bothered that I wanted an answer as to why I was waiting for more than 2 hours with no service. He reluctantly took my group to the airport in his personal vehicle. Don’t advertise a service if it’s not provided.

Never Book at this Hotel!!!
Hotel did not have the room we needed. They would not refund our money because we booked with a “third party”. They said we need to get our refund through hotels.com. Worse was that we had to scramble to find another hotel and paid way more than we should have for the proper accommodations. It ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday surprise to a concert in sac. The Hyatt staff was rude and dismissive
