Food was very good, great location but room wasn’t very clean floors were dirty with crumbs and sand had hair all over the room, futon coach was stained witg either good or old puke couldn’t tell also found a dirty spoon in on of the closets. The TVs in the rooms are older they do not have the options to stream any apps.

It was very loud( could hear club music) and door is very thin. You hear everything. Also bed cover does not cover entire bed. So bottom part is showing materrass cover. That was gross. The buffet breakfast was very poor ( taste and selection)and service was non existant. I stayed this hotel at least 3 or 4 times in past years but gradually declining. Will not go back.

Luxury hotel for half the cost
Phenomenal, amazing service the hotel is so classy and luxurious! I love that you are right on the beach and our room had a view of the ocean and the bay! Right next to Fountainbleau and Soho beach club, can walk to most things I love that the rooms have two full bathrooms with two showers and 9 full mirrors in the room! Perfect for a girls trip!

They do not supply enough towels - did not have a bath mat, handtowel, robe. I had to get my own. Toiletries are small and they didn’t replace the small soap until 2 days. They have an iron but no ironing board, coffee but no half half

This was our second stay here. The rooms and bathrooms weren't clean, floors were dirty. Both bathrooms had plumbing issues with running toilets, broken shower heads, clogged drains. Common areas were really nice, restaurant and service was good!

The Grand Beach is a great mid-beach hotel with a nice pool and beach area. The $60/day resort fee is steep, but not uncommon in Miami unfortunately. The hotel is clean and very well maintained and the staff is awesome.
