The lobby was nice but not our room was not. (425) It was basically a closet next to the trash shoot. There is NO ocean view. The windows are up too high to look out and when you do it's just the roof. The bed broke and wasn't fixed until the next morning. Tub and floor was PAINTED and peeling. Very cheap and uncomfortable. Outlets for microwave didn't work. Elevators were a nightmare, check in was a nightmare. Security "didn't have my information" so I had to go to the realtor in the basement and beat on the door to which NO ONE answered. Took two hours to check in. The pool was nice but the tiki bar closed at 6pm every night. Restaurant wasn't open. Beach was very small and a straight drop down to the water. 5 ft in and your up to your neck. Not good for kids. There's no entertainment to walk too. If you wanted to go somewhere you had to deal with the valet parking. We basically stayed in our closet of a room all week.

Terrible condition of the rooms. Very old bathroom with painted bath, paint were coming off. Fresh paint smells in all room. Very dirty. No service for rooms. They did not change the code for room and someone came in. Highly not recommend 😒

There was a dead water bug in the corner of my room. A lot of the materials in the apartment were rusted, And it was hard to communicate with the owner of the apartment.

Wonderful location and good valet parking but on site it says to go to front for towels n sheets or anything that is not case was there for 5 days given no clean sheets or towels was told there is a washing machine that i had to load money on a card to wash my own n the fact that someone was drilling thru concrete right beside our room for 3 days

The most bad experience that I have buying a hotel through Expedia is this place with the GIRASOLE department and the company Miami boutique it’s the most inhumane place with inhumane people that I rented on my life this people are scams this people don’t exist don’t answer , rent the 10005 department with no air conditioning and the company know that and insects have , this people never change sheet and towels because this company are scams don’t have housekeeping in the building and its insane I rented with two kids and one baby of 8 months and my baby can’t sleep with no air conditioning an need open doors for sleep and use same towels for 4 days . This place it’s disgusting and not safe for rent so … Expedia ask for pictures of the place before you sale it’s insane god

Unit seemed rundown, there are broken tiles in the bathroom, bathroom door is water damaged both on top and bottom, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and missing electrical faceplate by the bed near the window.

Upon arrival, the valet lost my car keys, forcing us to wait hours for a locksmith, which threw off our entire schedule for the day. The inconvenience didn't stop there. At check-in, there was another delay because the staff had failed to inform the front desk of our reservation. When I finally made it to the apartment, I was horrified to find the bathroom filthy and the air conditioning unit leaking water all over the kitchen counter and floor. I had to place a towel on the floor, which was completely soaked through. As if that wasn't enough, there was alarm testing for three consecutive days, making it impossible for me to work. When I requested a refund to move to a different property, Girasole Apartment refused to let me leave, despite the numerous issues I faced. Eventually, I was moved to a new suite that didn’t have these problems, but the lack of an internet password caused further delays in my work. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I will never return to this place and will make sure others are aware of the terrible service provided.

Pros close to beach and pool Cons maintenance staff will forget about you don’t even bother trying to get something looked at. This is our 4th time here and unfortunately this time our room had a broken AC and it was 80 degrees plus every night sleeping was terrible and couldn’t get another room sadly. If it wasn’t for that fact it would’ve been fine
