It was quiet even though it is on the airport property. We arrived around noon and check in isn't until 4. They put us on a waitlist and gave us a key so that we could access the pool. We sat outside by the pool and relaxed. I did like that they texted me our spot in line and then also let me know that our room was ready. A good system.

Decent for a quick overnight stay before catching a flight or a cruise. Wouldn’t stay here otherwise. The restaurant on site was so incredibly overpriced and not good. Service was abysmal. This hotel has potential but it’s clear it has incredibly poor management. It starts from the top down and management here was non responsive, uncaring and unavailable. That problem is easy to fix though!

Sometimes it’s the little things that count. Clean up the cigarette butts and other trash and dust the gym. Complimentary drinks—and non-alcoholic drinks for kids was great. Staff were great.
