The room smelled strongly of humidity, and the cleaning was poor. They did not change the towels or clean the floor, even with a sign on the door. The hotel in the website pictures looks different from the physical hotel

5 minutes from Miami airport. Staff and shuttle driver Emilio were very helpful. Our room was great. Nicest shower and towels! Loved the divided bedroom from rest of studio apartment. Food was good, just a little pricey for drinks.

All the staff from airport shuttle, checking in and bar were super nice. Room has space and a mini kitchen. We only needed a short overnight for a layover, but I would stay here longer if we ever need.

Hotel stay was good. Minor rust spot on the restroom door. Room carpet was dirty, needed to wear shoe at all times. Breafast was ok, although repetitive, that made it dull and boring, even through Christmas Day, nothing special. Hotel shuttle was reliable to the airport. Enjoyed the room view of the airport station, train, buses and airplanes aĺl day into the night. Laundry service was self service but cost 4 dollars to wash and 4 dollars to dry. While the hotel next door was free. Had a good experience nevertheless.

I liked the modern decor that they were trying to go for. However the room was not very clean. There was a dirty towel hanging on the rack in the bathroom, there was poo on the side of the toilet, and there were dirty paper coffee cups mixed in with clean coffee cups on the counter. The housekeeping needs to da better job. Planes were loud but I expected that. And I didn’t think breakfast was very good. Only 1 elevator was working for the whole building which was inconvenient. I will not stay there again.

It was close to the Nu Car Rental place and close to a lot of the places that me and my family wanted to visit. Due to allowing guest to bring animals they should use some type of air freshener so when that guest checks out the next guest won't smell it. That was the only issue that I had, and I had to buy candles despite housekeeping trying to come and spray some smell good.

Offered early check in on the app and when arrived we had to wait two hours longer than anticipated. The staff was accommodating to get a room cleaned quicker so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby. We had a suite with a pull out couch but when extended for my son to sleep the other occupants in the room couldn’t move around unless we climbed into his bed. Lack of towels and bedding for the number of people in the room and had to wait for them to come provide more although they didn’t provide sheets for the sofa bed. Pool was unclean and slimy. Walls are so thin you can hear people yelling was rudely awoken three times throughout the evening from loud guests and was unable to call the front desk due to the phone not working. The lobby was nice the restaurant was a lobby with chairs For a place to rest my head it was fine but can’t say as I’d go out of my way to stay here again.
