Couldn’t find shuttle at airport although we tracked it and followed the directions. Ended up getting an Uber. Once we got to the hotel we used the shuttle and went to a restaurant, they told us to call him when we were done. We called and waited for over 40 minutes (tracked him again and saw him go to airport and back to hotel) and once again got an Uber instead of using their free shuttle service.

Front sesk staff wonderful. Explained my options. Food just as nice. Did 1 meal inhouse, 1 dooe dash and 1of hotel. Stayed her several times many years ago all work related The upkeep after 7 years is incredible.

Honestly the parking meters suck so much ass. It never opens when you drive up and everyone has the hardest time parking or even getting in to park because of it. It wards off Uber and door dash drivers too making them not want to drop you off or deliver food. Pay someone to watch the damn gate and open it. It’s ridiculous and it loses money because I will not be parking or staying again due to JUST THE PARKING. It is was awful

What they advertise on the inside of the elevator at their little restaurant, they didn't have any of that. What I did try was awful and tasted like processed microwave food. The pool never really had enough towels. Had to ask. The parking gate didn't always work very well

The hotel and suite were fine. Service was good and the shuttle driver was super friendly. What spoiled the entire stay was the parking. I have never had to pay for hourly parking at a hotel and it was complete nonsense. So much so that I returned my rental car early because it was not worth having due to parking fees. Vacation ruined.
