The hotel and suite were fine. Service was good and the shuttle driver was super friendly. What spoiled the entire stay was the parking. I have never had to pay for hourly parking at a hotel and it was complete nonsense. So much so that I returned my rental car early because it was not worth having due to parking fees. Vacation ruined.

Upon arriving into the room there was sand all over the floor! Cleanliness is a huge factor in choosing hotels. So it will obviously be the first complaint. Very sad for how beautiful the actual hotel was.

Room was spacious and beautiful. Coffeemaker needs replaced but everything else was nice. Front desk guy that checked us in was not the friendliest but he was efficient. We would stay here again.

I would definitely Recommend this hotel . First of all the cleanliness of the place. There are a lot of places where you can get some work done . It’s very quiet and such a calm serenity . What I love most about this place was the room. It was very spacious , and homey . It wasn’t just a regular room it had a kitchen , couch, stove , etc. Not to mention the view . It has a lake literally next to the pool . It was definitely a Miami vibe , perfect stay for take off especially since they offer an airport shuttle that starts early in the morning , right after a delicious breakfast . I will definitely be coming back for another pleasant stay !

The property is nice and relaxed, however having to park across the street or down the road and walk thru mud because theres no designated parking other than paying $22 per day is ridiculous. Ive always stayed here during my trios but this was a game changer for me because this is something that wasnt in place a couple years ago.

It’s a great property. Very near to the airport And they have the shuttle services every 30 minutes back-and-forth. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. The best part was, they allowed us very early check-in as we requested them and they had the rooms available at that point so it was very nice of them. Definitely recommended.
