Need new bathtub.
The stay was just a typical stay. I will say however, there was water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby in the middle of the floor for the majority of the time I stayed there. Also for the price of the stay the bathtub in my particular room was chipping in the bottom of it. Not sure if it was a repair that didnt set right or paint for some reason. For a hotel of this quality you'd think there would be better attention to detail of stuff like the bathtub missing pieces in plain view and with people stepping on it while in the shower.

I always stay at Courtyards when I travel and this was probably one of the worst. Outdated, small tv, no usb ports, limited lighting and mirrors. The shower was the absolute worst part. Water would randomly turn off and the water temperature was not consistent. We were often left covered in soap. We called maintenance and all they said was “yeah we know it doesn’t work.” Never switched our room. I also specifically picked this location because they had breakfast that we paid for. There was no breakfast on site. Starbucks was never open. Lots of false advertising. I’m highly disappointed. Had any of this been communicated I would have stayed elsewhere.
