I stay here every time I’m in Miami! Mainly because I’ve become familiar with the staff and they’re nice every visit! Area is nice and convenient!

During this visit the elevator was broken for four days , majority of the tv channels had no sound. Pool area can definitely use some cleaning and better presentation

Property looks unkept appliances in room are beat up. They never have towels and wash clothes available.. Hotel floor carpet in hallway is dirty no lighting in hallway in the main Catalina building. The bed chairs for the rooftop pool were dirty staff domt attemp to clean

The property was very nice. Staff are very humble. The only thing that was my main concern was my friends room. Her roof was leaking in her bathroom and all maintenance did was just put a towel and didn’t fix the situation.

Very comfortable beds, good air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Prompt service, valet convenient but allow time to get your car. Food available early to late at night. Close to the beach, roads to Miami and other attractions. Had a great time. Would recommend for a memorable visit in a smaller more intimate building.

NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!! The checkout process is what made me give this hotel a one star review. Never refunded me my deposit called to speak with the front desk receptionist and he hung up in my face and I was overcharged. Ruined my whole experience NEVER choose to stay here!! Would give ZERO stars if I could!

Wi-Fi that didn’t work. A shower handle that needed fixing. Out of date. Swimming pool is in the 2 hotels next door. I only took my son to the roof terraced one and was not there very long. It is tiny and water was dirty! A very rude manager and useless general manager that just didn’t care about the fact that I had paid for facilities and services that were not provided. I left with my son a night early and they refused to refund partially or give any money back at all. Not recommended!!
