The beds are very hard and cheap, the couch seemed to have been old, the towels were worn and thready also someone needs to clean the air filters from the restroom which seemed to have mold accumulation from a very long time.

I wonder how Melia allows to have the type of mattress, the beds are very uncomfortable, the airport shuttle is not the best, very inconvenient departure hrs 7am and then looks like every 4hrs, they claim traffic, call before, i booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle, that didnt work and because of the name melia gave me confidence that the beds would be comfortable, and this hotel fail in both

I wish I could give this place a minus number of stars. Absolute dump in a crazy dangerous area. We arrived by car and there were Guardia Civil policemen blocking the roads with checkpoints to enter the street of the hotel. Most roads were blocked closed and the area was filled with abandoned buildings. The hotel was in complete disrepair, dirty and absolutely falling apart. Three out of six elevators were not working, and the restaurant only offered a limited “buffet” menu for 19 euro: it consisted of mostly inedible gruel and some french fries. Ridiculous. DO NOT stay here.

Property was convenient for the airport. Free shuttle was an added bonus. Room clean, bed comfortable. TV placed very low to floor behind table. No bar but had a restaurant. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The suite had 3 separate sleeping areas that were better than the photos, but the lighting was almost nonexistent in the main room. Only 2 vertical floor lamps with 1 bulb each, so great for 'mood' lighting but terrible for seeing anything. The beds & linens were comfortable; towels were great and there were even robes and slippers. Be aware, the reservation had my first name as my last so be sure to have a copy of your reservation handy. This has happened to me before overseas. Restaurant: marginal buffet at best. Gift bags of snacks provided at check out. Would recommend if leaving from MAD on early flight as shuttle was on time.

Shuttle Service is literally trash. It’s a tiny van. I ended up taking an Uber both ways. It takes forever to get there and back using the shuttle. Front Desk Staff is pretty busy and cannot take phone calls. Issues can be resolved with communications as first step. It broke down right at that first critical step. Hotel’s physical structure is fine in general. It’s practical for just layovers. I would say it’s not for everyone. If you value your time more than anything else, this hotel is definitely NOT for you. There are better hotels put there with better value for money. Our priorities and needs are different. I would NOT recommend this hotel to everybody.

Desafortunadamente me encontraba en Valencia en zona del disaster por Dana y contacte al hotel pues toda la region estaba paralizada y no habia transporte para salir y que me permitieran cancelar la reservacion y por teléfono fueron muy amables pero luego me hicieron el cargo y se negaron a darme rembolso…no fue justo
