The rooms were very old and small, don’t think I got the correct rooms. My sister also stated at the property and the rooms were in lot more better condition. It was horrible.

Hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Madrid. Easy to get anywhere. Room was comfortable and not too small. We were given an "upgraded" room.

The hotel is good and the staff is great but the rooms dont have sound isolation so you hear your neighbor and the hallway noise. The room bext door had a party and we had to change rooms and the AC did not work
