Excellent but very busy hotel. Comfortable rooms. Well appointed. Nice pool and bar area. A good choice to stay but you will need to use transit to go to most places. Definitely worth a look.

The hotel seems super new and it was VERY clean. It was spotless! Nice toiletries to shower with and a comfy bed. The only negative is they host a TON of events, we went down to see the pool on our first day and it was SO crowded from an event, then the next day we wanted to check out the rooftop and we couldn't go, even as hotel guests, because they were getting ready for a DIFFERENT event. The rooftop has a bar/restaurant that is for hotel guests yet we couldn't go. We were annoyed and expressed our annoyance and the hospitality manager (?) heard us and ended up comping us some wine and a snack plate the next day. Grocery store a short walk away. The staff was very nice, helped get us a cab a few times.

BEWARE: I booked two night through Expedia with payment to be made at the hotel. Upon arrival my AmEx card was charged an additional 100 Euros in case of other charges ( there were none); the receptionist said the money would be refunded in 3-4 days. It's 11 days later with several emails and a visit to the hotel and no refund although this hotel claims it was made. It wasn't. Save yourself a major inconvenience and book elsewhere.
