Sehr geehrter Kunde, Wir bedauern zutiefst, dass das Hotel nicht Ihren Wünschen entsprach und Sie unsere Zimmer nicht genossen haben. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden am Tag sehr bemüht, alle Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu erfüllen. Es ist schade, dass er uns im Hotel nicht informiert hat, dass er sein Zimmer wechseln konnte und vielleicht seinen Erwartungen ein wenig näher gekommen ist. Grüße
