Great place. Large hotel with a very nice outdoor patio and indoor bar. The AC in our room was noisy on and off. Facilities said they could do nothing about it. The gym was small, but adequate.

This is a huge hotel with the famous Riu skywalk and terrace open to the public, so it gets crowded. There is sometime a wait for the elevators. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful. Hallways are a bit dark, would have preferred brighter lighting. Breakfast is delicious! Not sure i would stay here again, not because there is anything wrong with the hotel, i just prefer something a little smaller and open to hotel guests only. Overall, wonderful experience!

Expecting something better overrated had to change room sewage smell coming from the bathroom walls dirty no amenities to welcome you. On the next room the walls were dirty too they had to bring robes and slipper. Very disappointing after staying in others hotels for the entire 15 day trip.

I was not impressed. The hallways were dark and gloomy, some staff pleasant while the rest were grumpy and unhelpful, and the rooms non-descript and without enough linens. While all in an okay hotel (and very clean), it was NOT worth the money paid.

This hotel was very elegant & the staff were great. Especially Omar, he helped us out a lot with our bags & had great conversations with us. Everything you needed was in walking distance from their location as well
