The room we had was lovely and clean but very warm and no AC just a plug in fan left in the room. Window does open but noise from outside would make it impossible to sleep. Leisure club facilities were also impressive and very clean but small and is also a private members club too so the pool and sauna // steam room were very busy when we attended. The location is good but would be a distance from the city centre so you will need to walk @15/20 minutes or get a cab. The hotel was undergoing refurbishments when we arrived but these didn’t hinder us at all and when finished will look amazing according to the images on display. All in all the hotel was perfectly clean and fine but some areas were looking a little tired and could do with a bit of TLC.

Great location, just an easy walk to the city centre. Room was nice and clean and a decent size. The hotel does not have its own parking but they have a deal with local car park @ €20 for 24 hrs. The pool is nice but was very overcrowded for our stay and there were public lessons going on. The breakfast was very good with a great selection and a gluten free area. The restaurant was closed on the bank holiday weekend we stayed which was very dissapointing and the bar food options were just burgers and pizza. We ended up eating out locally which was nice.

Winter 24/25 stay
Staff were great, and room was a good size and super clean. Room refresh was much appreciated. Minor quibbles would be that the shower pressure/shower head was poor and the TV (and room in general) a bit outdated, but the comfy bed, armchairs, and attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff made up for it. Jacuzzi and sauna was also lovely. Balcony was unexpected and nice but the seagulls were very aggressive!

Decent Hotel - just not room 519 at the moment!
Overall a decent trip. Had three rooms between us and one (519) had a pretty awful smell the entire time. We were so busy we didnt have time to complain so just dealt with it… but how the maids aren’t saying anything or the hotel just ignore it is beyond me. The other rooms were decent enough and the price is very fair… If you can steer clear of the stale smell. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff and a reasonably comfortable room. The area around the hotel is mostly office buildings and there are very few amenities or things to see. But we found taxis quickly and easily every time we wanted to go somewhere else.
