The hotel staff were excellent, good breakfast, very nice spacious rooms. Hotel has an excellent location. The lobby is being remodeled so a side entrance was being used to enter the hotel, because of the remodel the temporary lobby/concierge area felt cramped. Would love to stay there again!

False promises, close bar, close pool, renovation

I booked surprised trip to my 2 friends. They assured me in return mail that the room will have 2 separate beds. I also called to reservation and they told it we be arrange. Then the first day they told they can’t put 2 beds as promised. The pool was closed the first day. The bar was closed for 2 days so I missed the 2 cocktails promised. They start renovations with noice and dust at least 2 days before the friends left, and they lied that it began in the day we check out. I got some compensation from hotels.com, bless hotel refused to do so.

The room I got was tiny and the faucet was not working well so they change me to another room with a patio in front but it was the same the water was still getting stock did not run the drain. The rug and sofa were very very dirty with stains all over and it seen this is more like a club instead of a hotel the music loud you could hear it in your room until very late at night. it was hard to sleep with such noises.
