The property is older and outdated, but the staff was amazing and the breakfast included was great. The location is the best part about it. Even though it was outdated, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were musty but clean.

This hotel was in such a great location to walk around lots of neat areas of London! It is also close by conveniences like shops and food. The included breakfast was great and the staff was very attention. The room was a great size and very cute!

Great service, friendly and polite staff. Arrived early to drop bags and found room was available so very pleased. Also left our bags with them after we checked out and they were very accommodating. Everything in the room that we needed, very comfortable and plenty of space for four, everything was super clean and in excellent repair. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

Very comfortable stay

We stayed at the Morgan while on a City Break in London. We had a very comfortable stay in a double room. The hotel is very well located for the West End theatres and restaurants.
