Perfect stay for my partner’s birthday the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean got an upgrade to a king bed which was great. Views from our window were amazing. From walking into the reception it was beautifully decorated and spotless. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Definitely would go back highly recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Hotel room was very comfortable with the super king bed and the mini fridge was a bonus. Staff were always on hand to help and were extremely polite and friendly.

Very good until thecwater stopped running.

All was great until thwater stopped fliwing on our last morning, no shower or teeth cleaning. Staff were very appologetic.

female on reception could not have cared less about her job or the customers checking in and she didnt explain anything and had no interest in her role but on the flip side when i checked out the next morning the young man was very friendly and helpful. there was not enough staff in the bar serving and one of the older bar staff was just bossing the other ones around which was uncomfortable to watch, the bar was not even busy in fairness

Once inside hotel, it was lovely. It smelled wonderful as we entered reception. On the outside, rough and unsightly- scaffolding-We realise this may be necessary but you asked! The reception area was warm and friendly as was the staff greeting. Room was a good size. The noise outside kept one of us awake most of the night- think it may have been a generator or fan unit possibly. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Basic amenities were available plus slippers. Breakfast was tasty and the choice was vast. However, food went cold before I had the chance to finish it- maybe because air con was cool- not sure but the other person was fine.

Frustrating

Booking in was a nightmare. So many forms to fill in. Not making any sense. Then the payment had to be on a credit card which I do not have. What is wrong with a Debit Card
