Needs work. Staff are great
Room was quite small and really stuffy. It was a bit tired with a stain on the carpet and rust round the mirror. Some of the lights didn't work. Staff lovely. Food was great. It's in a good location and would be fine for a short trip.

Average sums up this hotel. Rooms are decent size but very tired. Rooms was cleaned to acceptable standard but not great. Communal areas nothing special and again tired, So overall nothing special, location was good for town.

Check in was quite a mess. Computer system not working so had to wait for quite a while only to be given a room occupied already bybsomeone else. Restaurant food-expensive and not good.
