The check in was very efficient. Eduardo is amazing..he helped me with securing the shuttle service to and from the cruise port. The location enables one to walk to necessities in the area.

Bed was comfortable, room recently renovated, allowed us to check in very early in the morning for an extra $50. Breakfast options were great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Free shuttle from FLL, paid shuttle to cruise port. Went out wandering the neighborhood in the evening, found an awesome local restaurant/ice cream place called Jaxsons that we enjoyed. We'd stay here again!

Nice but not again.
Too many "hidden" fees. We were dealing with hurricane evacuation, a long drive for safety, and the need for "no" power outage (wife works remote). Our bill was significantly above the quote, after parking, valet, fees, resort fees, and taxes. Just what we needed - more stress added to our plates.

Hotel chosen for its proximity to airport with airport shuttle. The shuttle service isn’t very convenient. We had to wait a long time to be picked up at the airport (more than 30 min). Drop off was ok but the luggage are jumbled, unorganized in the back of the Van. Each stop is longer than it should because of that. The shuttle service in general makes the experience unworthy

Property was in good condition but our sheet was dirty. Called front desk and they delivered clean sheets. We had to make the bed. So that was a turnoff. Area didn’t seem very safe but there’s a great restaurant The Fish Grill within walking distanve
