This typical charming, well-kept, well-run, busy Ft. Lauderdale hotel offers free airport and seaport shuttles. Marvin the desk clerk was well aware of everything going on at the hotel and keeps everything running at top speed. He was polite, helpful and welcoming!

Overprised and bad Service. Waiting for the Shuttle from the airport to the hotel over one hour. Better take an Uber to any other hotel. We stayed two nights and the room service did not work. You always have to complain before they do it. We would not recommend the hotel.

The common areas were a bit dirty and staff didn’t seem to care. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. Buffet was good the first day but disappointing the second day.
