Very dirty
Upon arrival, we were walked up to the room. The door was already open and they said that they were still waiting for towels to be cleaned. The towels arrive in about 30 minutes later, and the housekeeper just walked in. They were thick layers of dust everywhere imaginable. The closet where the AC was had so much dust we had to get allergy medicine. The refrigerator had a hair in it as well as crumbs. The microwave had food stuck to the top inside. The bathtub had not been cleaned. You can see the watermarks that were easily just wiped away with a finger. The only window that I was able to lock was the bathroom window. The bathroom cabinets had red hair dye on them which was also easily wiped away just by using my finger. One of the patio chairs had a hole on the bottom so you were falling through if you sat on it. The pull out couch had so many crumbs and no sheets. The bedroom mattress and pillows had so many stains and no mattress cover. We tried to find another place to stay but since it was spring break there was nothing available. If you just want to swim the pool is heated besides that is was pretty gross.
