I booked 2 rooms for 1 night for my family and I. Check in was easy. The room was clean. Only complaint about the room was the sheets were not in great shape. My bedsheet had holes in it from wear and tear. However it was clean. Breakfast was not included so we opted to across to the mall for a late breakfast. I loved that the hotel was practically on the same compound as the mall. It was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm, arrived around 11:00 and room was ready. Upon checking out, flight was cancelled, and was able to book another room right away and it was also available immediately (around 2:30 pm). Great hotel and staff, obvious convenient location to the mall. Large rooms, comfortable bed and bedding, large and clean bathroom.

It’s a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. The size is perfect in the actual rooms for two people more than enough room and the free parking is a plus and it’s near a lot exciting restaurants and it’s right in the center of the Sawgrass Mills mall parking lot
