This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend.

Noisy, cold, no dark and treated like criminals

Got there and told couldn't find the booking .. treated like a criminal not like a hotel. No mention on booking need ID AND Deposit, second email comes with info in small print but never seen as arrived after we paid. Told wasn't sure if tea / coffee in room but it was ok as machine in lobby. Green fire light located in middle of room area so room lit up all night never went dark and noise from traffic very loud all night .. checked in 10pm left by 745am as could not sleep. Wall heating does not work. Internet slow No one seemed to care when reported. Would not book again On plus side clean and TV was nice !

The apartment was in perfect condition including the the utilities and utensils. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Large Sainsbury's near by and McDonald's for the lazyer days when you don't want to cook.

Good central location

Great studio apartment, clean and tidy and well equipped. Only issue was the noise from the road outside, windows could do with better soundproofing. Luckily had earplugs with me.

It was a great experience at HQ ApartHotel last week. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. My only complain is about the weird smell in the lift of the building. Otherwise excellent rooms and service 👏
