Amazing experience, loved the rooms, loved their place, liked the sister hotel for sun bathing. Best experience was the meeting the guys in the buggy, Argun was so friendly and helpful and made and amazing staff even snore special with his kindness. A Great hotel that connects with the heritage of old town of Dubai. It is also a popular hotel for travel stop by. Couple mins walk to Starbucks, restaurants, bars, or even ferry station. Hotel staff can help you call a taxi. And also, there are some small shuttle buses that can drive you stop by anywhere in the heritage area.

We are all enjoyed and satisfied with our stay in Al Seef Heritage hotel. A combination of amazing architecture, comfortable and luxurious hotel. The whole team are amazing and exceptionally attentive and friendly. Their customer service is above and beyond. Our heartfelt thanks to Sangita, Sarita, Divi from the reception for being prompt to all our requests and needs and to the brother who offered us a welcome drinks, such a reflection of exceptional hospitality. And the housekeeping most specially to Nema for a very clean and comfortable rooms. A free buggy car drive to and from our hotel with a very friendly brother who drive us with a smile it’s so amazing. In Sabaa restaurant where we have buffet dinner and breakfast- food is great the whole team are awesome. Their service is commendable. Thanks to Rahul, Sabi, Nerob and to the whole restaurant team. We highly recommend this hotel.

It felt like an authenticity of the old Dubai. Lovely area, clean, safe and hospitable. If you have not seen this area you haven't seen Dubai. Breakfast was delicious and a very nice setting. Staff was also accommodating in every way. Would go there again!
