Great hotel, staff overall good, dining staff somewhat slow but manager keeps them in check and goes out of his way to assist. A very good gym/pool facility! But given it’s a 24 hour gym why can’t guests use it 24 hours?

Great hotel in Bristol
Enjoyed our stay at the village. The check in and checkout were easy to do plus there were helpful staff in reception to help if needed. Room was clean and roomy plus the bed was really comfy. Breakfast had plenty of choice, cooked breakfast, cereals, croissants etc on a help yourself basis. Have stayed a few times here and never been disappointed.

Really good rooms with a lot of smart features. Bar was a bit of a zoo before dinner - and I thought prices were high. London levels. But the room was value. Breakfast a bit average.
