Great Bristol family stay
Great stay with the Leonardo, well located for exploring from Temple Meads and an easy walk to the Bridge Street area and Cabot Circus. Rooms were comfortable and well attended, duvet was a bit warm for me though so had to strip it to the sheet. Breakfast has a small selection but great quality sausages bacon etc. Staff were lovely with my kids, we had a lovely stay.

Great Hotel, Fantastic Staff
All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional delivering a 5* service. The room and restaurant also excellent. Would recommend and stay again next time I’m visiting Bristol.

Good hotel but not fabulous
Unsure why this hotel is rated fabulous. It’s average with ‘no frills’ i.e. no water, no biscuits, no coffee machine in the room, when considering the price paid, would expect more. We were also given an accessible room with a very low sink, this was not pointed out to us at check in.

We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. We didn't particularly get fascinated by some of the lunch options we tried, but it was ok. The city centre is within walkable distance from the hotel so we didn't have any issues there. Would visit again.

Very good hotel with easy access to trains!
My wife and I stayed 2 nights to catch up with friends. First time here. Chose it for easy 10 min walk from Temple Meads station and also access to the excellent harbour ferry service. So many waterside restaurants/ bars plus the amazing SS Great Britain ship and exhibition. Pay £5 extra entry for a 1 hour accompanied tour by 'Mr Brunel' himself! Worth every penny! Hotel very efficient. Bar area especially friendly atmosphere with lots of business travellers and locals calling in. Food and drink very good ( not cheap tho) 10 min walk over to Castle Park area and fantastic lunch at Harvey Nichols and other retail outlets. Rooms excellent, best sound proofing I've experienced but we were on 5th floor. All staff very helpful friendly. Beds very comfy apart from the hard pillows. Probably only downside is the outside areas of the hotel. Access is around the top side but no signs to tell you until round the corner. And occasionally used by construction vehicles ( diggers?) from a site nextdoir. There is an easier access up a gravelled pathway just on right before hotel, although ok underfoot it's very untidy and overgrown. Wouldn't take much to improve it and the initial impression of the hotel which it really deserves! Just a tip from a seasoned traveller! But overall a very pleasant experience.
