The location is excellent for Clifton and the parking is useful. The heating in the bedroom was insufficient although in the public areas the heating was okay.

It has parking on-site, but it costs extra. Breakfast was good. Good location for the Bristol area. Room was tiny, but functional for one night. Apparently no lifts and the stairs were tight with a large suitcase.

My third stay here and once again excellent. Fabulous service and very clean and comfortable. Parking does tend to fill up but we have always managed to find a place. East]y walk to Clifton village across the square and to the lovely shops and cafes

This hotel is in a great location in Clifton. Easy walking to amazing restaurants and independent shops. And right on the frequent #8 bus route if you're coming from the train station. It's a 3-star hotel so as long as you're not expecting 5-star facilities, it's good. Very clean with friendly staff. My only complaint was that our room (actually the whole 2nd floor) didn't smell great.

Excellent hotel in a great location
We had a great 2 night stay at the Victoria square. Room was clean, comfortable and airy. Breakfast for £13pp was superb value - quality ingredients, fresh and delicious. We will definitely be staying here again on another visit to Bristol.

Lovely overnight stay. 2nd floor room but was lovely and big and staff had taken time to open windows as it was unexpected warm autumn day. Shower was lovely and hot..room comfy and clean. Staff had arranged surprise message and chocolates for my birthday and also gave free parking. Would recommend as walking distance into Clifton and also to Park Street

The hotel is in an excellent location next to Clifton village with easy access to shops and restaurants and the suspension bridge ... The parking was an added bonus and good value at £9 per day. I travelled down and met my son from London - the room was v spacious for the two of us and exceptionally clean and tidy. Very welcoming staff at reception ..so much nicer than a chain style hotel!! Beds v comfortable - and v quiet in evening. My room was in the annexed building next door

Staff greeting was friendly and efficient. Parking at the rear of the hotel was very welcome in crowded part of Bristol but hard to locate at first. Room small but had all we needed. Breakfast basic but service good.

Treasure of a location
Super clean and fresh room. We had a twin room it was spacious and airy. Based on the lower ground our view was of the car park but we werent there for a view, it was chosen for its location to the shops, bars and cafes. Would definitely book again.
