Very close to Brighton Station and 10-15 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Various parking options close by - Sainsburys is about 10 minutes walk and the cheapest parking option for overnight, although the station car park is right opposite hotel.

Location is good and entrance is really nice. Although I think the room let it down a bit. The beds move very easily and the bathroom could have been cleaner. You can hear the trains a bit but was not a disturbance. Breakfast was nice.

Lovely hotel in a top spot
This is a lovely hotel in a top spot, being close to the train station was a big bonus for us. Easy walk to great restaurants, cafes and the sea front. Terrific breakfasts await you if you choose that option. The staff were all really professional and friendly, going out of their way to help. We liked staying there so much that we’ve rebooked for an 8 day stay in a couple of weeks time. Now that is the best review a hotel could ever have. Well done!
