Excellent hotel, friendly and attentive staff.

Stunning room (silver birch); the welcome was warm on arrival, I ate in the on site restaurant (Arbor) and the food quality and portion size was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Very professional and friendly greeting, appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Spacious and comfortable room with lovely en suite. Comfy large bed. Breakfast was extra but very good value for both continental and cooked choices. Did have an issue with electrics in the room but there is only so much staff can do until electrician can call. Great location for Pavilion.

Nice hotel but mattresses + pillows need replacing

The hotel is nice, staff were friendly and the room was tidy and nicely decorated. Issues we had were that bed and pillows in our room were too soft/lumpy, so we didn't get a great night's sleep.

An eco friendly hotel

Nice hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. If you're in a basic double room you'll be based by the kitchen which can be noisy on occasion. The shower is in the room, not in.a separate room, which wasn't ideal and not explained when booking the room. The room fills with steam.

Beautiful place, the room was nice and big. Comfy bed. Had an evening meal in the restaurant which was nice, though a little pricey and surcharge added on was a shock! Would stay again and eat elsewhere though.

Beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, lovely rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a bit pricy but flavours were very nice. There was plenty of on site free parking which was a bonus.

Beautiful hotel great service

It’s a lovely hotel, close to beach front and walkable to BIC. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the stand alone bath superb. Staff and service was exceptional only small issue was the very warm room.

Faulty charger

Don’t charge your car. Charger is faulty and damaged another car’s EMS. My car refused to charge due to ungrounded equipment. Service did not acknowledge or accept but allowed me to use my three pin. Otherwise comfy clean and decent breakie.

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Our only complaint was the lighting system in the bedrooms: one switch operated all lights including ensuite and bedside lamps. There was no way to put on a light in the middle of the night without getting out of bed.
