Staff was average, room was above a very noisy street. Door handle to bathroom was ready to fall off. Room we booked was for 4 adults with 2 queen beds. Received fresh towels on 2nd night however beds were not made. Also, only received enough coffee, cups, creamer etc in room for 3 people each day but we were 4.

Reasonable rates because the location is out of core Boston. Walkable to the tram lines. A negative ... Only two elevators (floor level lights and some buttons) so house keeping and trash bins use the same as the full house guests. Breakfast was always spot on, even with full house dining.

The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. There was one day where the beds weren't made, but the trash was taken out. Not a huge issue.

Convenient location, good breakfast but $50 for parking overnight is nuts. I recommend people to search for more affordable options. I never pay attention to parking because it’s either free or affordable. Fifty’s dollars is a bad joke.

The room was clean. Staff was helpful and resolved noise issues with other guests. Breakfast always hot and fresh. Very glad to have coffee and hot water available 24/7.
