I liked how the hotel was centrally located. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants and also close to transit stops. A couple of the things that I had an issue with was there was a constant loud humming noise in our room. I wasn’t sure if it was the AC unit or something external. I also feel that the added destination fee was not clear with the daily minimum fees. You’ll definitely want to make sure you get more details with that. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean. Excellent location. I walked all over the city from the hotel. Elevator was unfamiliar how it operated but that was a quick adjustment. It’s attached to a shopping center. Easy walk to Fenway. Right by the park and Cheers. A block away from the Back Bay nightlife. The $30 a day resort fee or whatever is garbage. If I want to spend $30 a day at your lounge, let me choose to do so. Don’t hold my $30 a day hostage. Just a crooked policy.

This was an especially clean hotel and the service was amazing! We loved the elevator system which gets you straight to your floor! The room had everything we needed, but I would maybe bring my own pillow next time as they had little support. My husband forgot his blazer in the closet, and they offered to over night it, which was a relief! Overall we will stay here again and recommend this location!
