Our stay was quit good, the worse problem is the pillows are not suitable for someone with neck problems, they crush down to nothing. You should provide a pillow that offers some support for side sleepers.

The location for this hotel was great. If you like a lively atmosphere, this is your hotel. It seemed very busy on the weekend and Uber pick up and drop off was conveniently located in the front. The minute you get off the elevator to head to your room, it seems very quiet (another plus). Friendly staff.

Security in the elevator is non-existent. No hotel key is necessary to use the elevator. Only restaurant is a very noisy sports bars with many tvs. Room service food is more expensive than the same food in the restaurant AND it carries an undisclosed $7 fee. No robes, no slippers, no chocolates on the pillows. Two cookies and a package of nuts as a welcome for four nights? Duh. The beds are comfortable, the people very nice! The location was convenient. Will we stay here again? No way. Much too expensive for what we got.

Beautiful hotel — service is substandard
This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant was great as was room service. However the service at the concierge and front desk was substandard and resulted in some frustration and wasted time during my stay. We checked in at 9:30 on a weeknight. Nevertheless there was a 20 minute wait for check in due to the front desk being understaffed. Then, one of the keys didn’t work. I had to go back down and wait another 15-20 minutes to get the key fixed and then… it still didn’t work! Later, I had to ask the concierge a couple of questions and in each case they did not have a helpful answer.

Property was in a great location. Hair dry did not work and was old. In addition the elevators are not secure and you just select a floor number and anyone can get on. This is a concern as this is directly connected bro a public shopping mall

Valet parker was rude. Told me he had no space even though I had a reservation. Told me to find public parking. I did and had to carry my luggage back to the hotel. The Destination fee is offensive. I paid $400 a night. Front desk was stoic, not helpful.

Overall the stay and the hotel were very good. The only thing was, I was given the wrong information that I would be given a discount when I buy extra tickets for the “View Boston” because I am staying at this hotel. It wasn’t true.
