The location is difficult to get to via car, parking is confusing. The hotel is nice but overpriced, the rooftop terrace and pool was closed during our visit so the facilities fee wasn't worth it although the manager did refund our fee after discussing our concerns.

The on site restaurant was consistently closed for private events. Staff was friendly enough, but only if I engaged first. Area has lots of shopping and food options, some though are very pricey, so be sure to do your research before you go! Room was fairly standard, clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel but room for improvement
Evening front reception staff on our first night were unprofessional and rude. The Manager promptly responded however, and corrected things. Good location. Need to improve food and beverage options in the hotel, eg. perhaps offer a way for guests to purchase dessert/coffee/after dinner drinks in the lovely lobby area or to go.
