The hotel lobby is nice, but the room was very small. It did not have a dresser, desk or mini fridge. I also found a large roach in the bathroom—they did comp us breakfast for that, but maybe they should have only charged us for one night. I am now concerned about taking any bugs home in my bag.

When we first arrived the toilet was clogged and flooding onto the floor. It was very difficult to get the house keeping on the phone. The rest of the hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

My room was unbelievably tiny. I had to call twice for coffeemakers that did not work. The room phone did not work. However, I felt many at the front desk went out of their ways to accommodate my needs.

Great location - staff is incredible. Rooms are immaculate and very quiet. Great bedding. No mini bar - small fridge and bathrooms are quite small. Small sacrifice for the overall quality of the hotel. Can't beat the location.
