Weekend getaway to Boston. Hotel is in a great location. All staff was professional and friendly. Convenience of restaurant bar without having to step outside into the cold was great. Room was clean bed comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place

Great location to explore Boston! Amazing staff! They were so hospitable and kind. The beds are very very firm. I think I slept on plywood for two days tbh. But some people like a firm bed… you’ll love them. Just not my jam. The room was small but all I needed as a solo traveler. Two people would have been tight. Now… my real negative for this place is that they charged me twice. They got my payment upon check in. Incidentals holds went onto a different card. Sunday morning I woke up and they had charge my original form of payment again. They said it was just a pending hold and would release upon checkout. Still not sure why? Pending for what? But I’m writing this a week after they made the second charge and 5 days since checkout and they JUST released it back to me. They still have my incidentals hold on my credit card though. It’s wildly inconvenient that CQ basically had me for 320 dollars pending a week before Christmas. Just a wild way to do business. But the staff was lovely when explaining what they could to me about it. It’s not their fault but they shouldered it well. All in all, the bed firmness will keep me from staying with them again but not a bad place for the price I paid for it.

Come up for the holidays every year with my family. Staff is amazing, attentive and accommodating. Room was perfect for the family and they had a crib as requested when we arrived. Coffee is the lobby isn’t halfway bad. Also perfect location for tourists as it right next to all the sights. Love being able to show my family the city I grew up in without needing to go far.

Had a wonderful experience at Club Quarters Boston. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were in Boston celebrating my wifes birthday, Carla at the front desk, gave us a $50 voucher to the restaurant Elephant and Castle attached to the hotel. We were able to check in to our room in the morning. Faneuil Hall and the Quincy Market is just a few blocks away. An Uber was always less than a minute away. Our flight out of Boston was later in the evening so we were able to check out but leave our bags at the front desk and explore the city a little more.

Good but could be better
Location was great. TV was glitchy and did not work well. The remote was broken as well. In the room, there was trash left under the nightstand and the stirring sticks for coffee we used prior to arrival. Eco-Friendly water option a big plus. Front desk people were helpful!
