Perfect business hotel if going to convention centre. Super clean, great food and very comfortable accommodations. I always choose the Omni when in the Seaport area!

I didn’t like the coffee machine in the room was broke and never could be fixed. The service brought a new one and the didn’t work. I had to ordered room service for coffee and the cost a fortune .

Overall, the stay was great. But my experience was let down by a few issues. The in-room dining menu was limited, leaving few options for a meal in the room. I was also surprised to find that guests are not allowed to bring drinks from the hotel bar back to their rooms. More importantly, there were oversights in cleanliness—I found dirty drinking glasses and unclean containers for the toiletries. With a bit more attention to these basic details, the guest experience could be much better.

We both said this was probably the nicest (fanciest) hotel we’ve ever stayed at. (And we’ve been. To a lot of fancy hotels). The views, the bathroom, the tiny nook to sit and do your make-up…GORGEOUS! The beds and bedding were heavenly. I already miss them. The coffee shop down stairs has the best coffee and pastries. Highly, highly recommend this hotel.
